The CLEVELAND C40021 is a corner radius end mill engineered for high-performance milling in demanding industrial and machining applications. Built to Series PM-538R specifications, it features a 1-inch cutting diameter, a 2-inch length of cut (LOC), and a 4.5-inch overall length (OAL). The tool uses a TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) coating to reduce friction and extend tool life in abrasive materials. With 3 spiral flutes and a 42-degree helix angle, it delivers efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. The centercutting design allows plunge milling operations. The 1-inch shank diameter provides rigid tool holding in standard end mill holders.

This end mill is suited for machining operations in metalworking environments including job shops, production floors, and tool rooms. The coarse pitch and right-hand cutting and flute direction make it appropriate for conventional and climb milling on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
