The CLEVELAND C33781 is a 2-flute, square-end, single-end mill ground from high speed steel (HSS) and finished with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating. It measures 11/16 inches (0.6875 inches) in cutting diameter with a 1-5/16 inch length of cut, a 1/2 inch straight-cylindrical shank with Weldon flat, and a 3-5/8 inch overall length. The 30-degree spiral flute geometry and centercutting capability allow both peripheral and plunge operations. The TiN finish extends tool life by reducing friction and improving wear resistance on demanding workpiece materials. This tool is part of the Cleveland HG-2 series and is sized for standard milling chucks and collet systems.

The C33781 is suited for milling operations on cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and steel in job shop and production environments. Its regular-length classification and 1/2 inch shank fit a wide range of vertical and horizontal milling machines, CNC machining centers, and manual knee mills. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute configuration are standard for conventional and climb milling setups.
