Built from M42 powdered metal (PM) tool steel and finished with a TiN (titanium nitride) coating, it delivers improved hardness and wear resistance over standard HSS tooling. The 37-degree spiral helix promotes efficient chip evacuation and smoother cutting action. With a 3/4 inch cutting diameter, 2 inch length of cut, and 3/4 inch straight shank, this end mill fits standard ER and side-lock toolholders common in CNC machining centers and manual knee mills.
