Chief - Legrand CMS0406 Adjustable Ceiling Pipe Black

Product Description

The CHIEF - LEGRAND CMS0406 is an adjustable ceiling pipe designed for use in ceiling mount display and projection installations. It provides a rigid, length-adjustable drop between the ceiling structure and a compatible ceiling mount head, allowing installers to set the correct hanging distance for the application. The pipe adjusts from 48 inches to 72 inches, covering a wide range of ceiling drop requirements in a single component. It is finished in black and sold as a single unit. This type of hardware is typically installed by AV integrators, commercial electricians, or facility maintenance professionals.

The CMS0406 is suited for commercial and residential ceiling mount installations where a variable drop length is needed. Common applications include conference rooms, classrooms, auditoriums, and home theater setups where projectors or displays are mounted at ceiling height. The adjustable length eliminates the need to source fixed-length pipes for non-standard ceiling heights, making it a practical choice for new construction and retrofit projects alike.
