This fitting is manufactured from black ABS material and is designed for non-pressure drain, waste, and vent (DWV) piping systems. It allows a plumber to make a 90-degree directional change in the main line while simultaneously introducing a 2-inch branch connection at the low heel inlet. The long sweep radius reduces flow restriction compared to a standard short-turn elbow, which is important in gravity-drain applications.
