The CEJN 11 208 0150 is a pistol-grip air blow gun designed for controlled, high-force air discharge in industrial and shop environments. It features a bent fixed tube outlet that directs airflow precisely into hard-to-reach areas. The inlet accepts a 1/4 NPT connection and delivers up to 17.70 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) of airflow at a measured 96 decibels. The ergonomic trigger and grip design allow the operator to modulate flow continuously rather than switching between on and off, reducing fatigue during extended use. Suitable for blowing out chips, dust, coolant, and debris from machined parts, fixtures, and equipment surfaces. Installation and use require standard compressed-air fittings and a regulated supply line.
This blow gun is suited for use at maintenance stations, machining centers, assembly lines, and general industrial workstations where compressed air is routed through a centralized supply system. The 4-inch bent fixed tube extends reach into recessed pockets and around obstructions that a straight nozzle cannot access. The infinite-flow regulation feature makes it appropriate for tasks that require variable air pressure rather than full blast only. Technicians working in automotive, manufacturing, and mechanical service environments will find the compact pistol-grip format easy to handle in confined work areas.
Designed for use with standard compressed-air systems equipped with 1/4 NPT fittings and regulated supply lines common in industrial and mechanical service environments.
Installation is performed by qualified maintenance technicians or shop personnel familiar with compressed-air systems. Depressurize and lock out the air supply line before connecting or disconnecting the blow gun. Ensure the supply regulator is set to a safe operating pressure before use, and confirm all threaded connections are sealed with appropriate thread sealant or tape per shop practice. Eye protection and hearing protection are recommended during operation given the 96 dB noise level.
