The CD VALVE tel-1 is a heated-sensor refrigerant leak detector designed for HVAC/R technicians who need reliable detection across a wide range of refrigerant types. The unit detects all CFC, HFC, HCFC, HFO, and HC refrigerants and blends, making it suitable for work on systems using legacy refrigerants as well as newer low-GWP alternatives. Three adjustable sensitivity levels let the technician dial in response based on job conditions. Automatic calibration and automatic reset to ambient reduce false positives and keep the sensor stable over the life of the tool.
