The CARMEX S0312C911.5ISO is a solid carbide straight flute thread mill designed for cutting internal metric coarse threads in a single helical pass. Built to Mini thread mill dimensions, it carries a 5/16 inch shank diameter, a 0.307 inch cutting diameter, and a 0.91 inch length of cut. The TiAlN coating improves heat resistance and tool life in ferrous and hardened materials. Machinists and toolroom operators running CNC machining centers use this tool to produce accurate internal threads across a range of metric nominal diameters without changing tools between sizes.

This thread mill is suited for CNC milling applications requiring metric coarse internal threads in steel, cast iron, stainless, and similar materials. It covers minimum nominal diameters of M10, M14, and M16 with a 1.50 mm pitch. The 2.5 inch overall length provides clearance for typical workpiece depths.
