The CARMEX MT0375D1018UN is a solid carbide helical flute thread mill designed for internal thread milling operations on UNEF and UNF thread standards. Built to material grade MT7 and coated with TiAlN for heat and wear resistance, this tool runs 4 right-hand flutes at 18 teeth per inch. It carries a 0.375-inch cutting diameter, a 1.03-inch length of cut, and a 3.0-inch overall length. The 3/8-inch shank diameter fits standard collet and end mill holders used in CNC machining centers. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers working in precision threading applications.

This thread mill is suited for internal threading in a range of diameters from a 0.5625-inch minimum nominal diameter upward, covering thread sizes including 9/16-18, 5/8-18, 1-1/8-18, and 1-5/8-18 in both UNEF and UNF standards.
