The CARMEX 16IRA60BMA is a solid carbide laydown threading insert designed for internal partial profile threading operations. It features a 60-degree included angle and covers a thread range of 48 to 16 TPI, with a metric pitch range of 0.50 to 1.50 mm. The TiAlN coating is applied via PVD process, providing wear resistance across a wide range of workpiece materials. This insert is intended for right-hand internal threading and is installed in compatible laydown-style insert toolholders.
