The CARMEX 11IR14NPTP25C is a solid carbide laydown threading insert designed for internal right-hand NPT thread cutting at 14 threads per inch. Manufactured to an 11IR style with a 1/4 inch (0.2500 inch) inscribed circle and a thickness of 0.127 inches, this insert is built for precision threading in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The P25C manufacturer grade with C5 material grade and PVD-applied TiN coating deliver extended tool life and consistent thread form across a broad range of workpiece materials.
