Camden Door Controls CM-2520/4 Push Plate Switch Blue

Product Description

The CAMDEN DOOR CONTROLS CM-2520/4 is an ADA-compliant double gang push plate switch designed for powered door and vestibule access applications. Part of the CM-2520 Series, this push plate features a 4.5 inch x 4.5 inch faceplate sized to mount directly over a standard double gang electrical box for fast, straightforward installation. The tubular switch mechanism operates with virtually silent actuation, making it well suited for libraries, medical facilities, and other noise-sensitive environments. Finished in blue for clear visual identification, this unit is installed by licensed electricians and low-voltage access control technicians.

This switch is used in commercial and institutional accessibility upgrades where ADA-compliant door activation is required. Typical installations include building entryways, vestibules, corridor doors, and accessible restroom entries. The push plate format allows individuals with limited mobility to activate automatic door operators without requiring grip strength. The CM-2520/4 is a reliable fit for retrofit and new-construction accessibility projects in both light commercial and institutional settings.
