The CAMBRIDGE-LEE INDUSTRIES 061208300B is a pre-insulated copper refrigerant line set designed for residential and light commercial HVAC installations. It ships in a 30-foot length and includes a 3/8-inch liquid line and a 3/4-inch suction line, both terminated with plain ends for field flaring or brazing. The suction line is wrapped in 1/2-inch black polyethylene hard-shell insulation rated for UV exposure and approved for use with R-410A refrigerant. Insulation is marked every foot for quick length measurement during rough-in. The rugged, anti-tear exterior reduces damage risk during pull-through installations in tight spaces.
This line set is suited for ductless mini-split systems, VRF commercial systems, and traditional split-system air conditioners and heat pumps. The 30-foot run covers typical single-zone residential installations and many light commercial applications where the indoor and outdoor units are separated by moderate distances. Plain-end connections allow the installing technician to choose the appropriate field connection method for the job. Copper construction meets ASTM B743/B88 material specifications and the assembly carries ASTM E84/C1427 and UL ratings.
Rated for ductless mini-split systems, VRF commercial systems, and split-system air conditioners and heat pumps using R-410A refrigerant.
Refrigerant line sets are installed by licensed HVAC technicians in accordance with local mechanical codes and manufacturer requirements. Recover any refrigerant and isolate the system before disconnecting or replacing existing lines. Plain ends require field flaring or silver-brazing; use a calibrated flare tool and follow established brazing practices to ensure leak-free connections. Support the line set at manufacturer-recommended intervals to prevent sagging and protect the insulation from abrasion.
