The BSC PREFERRED W39A00610-16 is a 100% acrylic latex satin floor enamel formulated for both interior and exterior applications. It beautifies new surfaces and restores worn ones by delivering a durable, abrasion-resistant finish. The enamel bonds well to properly prepared concrete, brick, wood, and metal surfaces. Sold by the gallon, it covers approximately 350 to 400 square feet per gallon. Recoat time is 4 hours, with light foot traffic safe after 24 hours. Cleanup requires only soap and water. This product ships at approximately 12.8 pounds.

This floor enamel is well suited for residential and light commercial surfaces including patios, porches, steps, and interior floors. It is appropriate where a tough, cleanable finish is needed on horizontal surfaces exposed to foot traffic and the elements. It is not intended for garage floors or any surface subject to vehicle traffic, gasoline exposure, or oil drips.
