The BSC PREFERRED VCI36MS is a chemically treated Volatile Corrosion Inhibiting paper designed to protect ferrous metal parts and surfaces from rust, corrosion, and oxidation. The paper continuously vaporizes an inhibiting compound that creates a protective vapor environment around wrapped or covered components, blocking moisture and atmospheric contaminants. Rated to meet Mil. Spec. MIL-PRF-3420H, this is a heavy-duty, nitrate-free product suited for industrial packaging, parts storage, and shipment protection. It is intended strictly for use with ferrous metals such as iron and steel. Packaging dimensions measure 7.5 inches high by 37.25 inches wide by 7.5 inches deep, and the packaged unit weighs approximately 34.22 pounds.

This VCI paper is used in industrial, trade, and maintenance environments where ferrous metal components require corrosion protection during storage or transit. Typical applications include wrapping machined steel parts, iron hardware, tool storage, and equipment components before packaging or long-term shelving.
