The BSC PREFERRED THL119 is a thermal transfer label designed for product identification, shipping label, and general packaging applications. Featuring a bright white matte coated facestock with a permanent pressure sensitive adhesive, these labels deliver consistent print quality and reliable adhesion across a wide range of surfaces. The 3-inch diameter core is compatible with standard thermal transfer label printers that require ribbon media. Labels are wound out from the roll, and liners are perforated between individual labels for clean separation during application. This case-packed format is suited for high-volume labeling operations in warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment environments.
These labels are recommended for product identification tags, outbound shipping labels, and most standard packaging line applications. The permanent adhesive adheres well to corrugated cartons, making them a practical choice for shipping and receiving workflows. Each case contains 1500 labels. This product is an equivalent replacement for part number S-5954. Licensed tradespeople and fulfillment operators working with Zebra, Datamax, Sato, and other thermal transfer printers will find these labels compatible with existing ribbon-based printer setups.
Compatible with Zebra, Datamax, Sato, and other thermal transfer label printers that require ribbon media and accept a 3-inch diameter core. Equivalent to part number S-5954.
Thermal transfer label application requires a compatible ribbon installed in the printer - direct thermal printers will not produce acceptable output with these labels. Load the label roll with labels wound out as indicated, aligning the core with the printer spindle per the printer manufacturer's guidance. Ensure the print head is clean and set to the appropriate pressure and heat settings for matte coated facestock before running production quantities. Always power down the printer before loading or adjusting media.
