The BSC PREFERRED THL117 is a thermal transfer label designed for product identification, shipping, and general packaging applications. These labels feature a bright white, matte coated facestock with a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive that bonds reliably to corrugated cartons and a wide range of surfaces. Each roll is wound out with perforated liners between labels for clean, accurate dispensing. Ribbons are required for use with thermal transfer printers. The case contains 600 labels and weighs approximately 21.7 pounds, making it a practical bulk supply option for high-volume labeling operations.
These labels are suited for warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment environments where durable, legible labels are critical. They work in shipping and receiving workflows, product marking, and barcode generation scenarios. The matte white facestock accepts print cleanly from thermal transfer printers, producing clear text and scannable barcodes. The 3-inch diameter core fits standard label printer spindles used across a range of commercial and industrial labeling setups.
Compatible with Zebra, Datamax, Sato, and other thermal transfer label printers. This product is equivalent to part number S-7993.
Load labels into a compatible thermal transfer printer according to the printer manufacturer's loading instructions. Ribbons must be installed before printing - direct thermal printers will not produce acceptable output with these labels. Ensure the label path is clear and the label sensor is properly aligned for consistent feed and print registration. Store unused label stock in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight to maintain adhesive performance.
