The BSC PREFERRED THL109 is a thermal transfer label designed for product identification, shipping labels, and general packaging applications. Each label features a bright white, matte coated facestock with a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive that bonds reliably to corrugated cartons and other common packaging surfaces. Labels are wound out on a 3-inch diameter core with liners perforated between labels for clean separation during printing. A thermal transfer ribbon is required for use. The case contains 3000 labels and weighs approximately 22.16 pounds.
This label is suited for distribution centers, warehouses, and shipping operations where consistent barcode readability and label adhesion are critical. The matte coated surface accepts thermal transfer printing cleanly, making it appropriate for high-volume labeling lines in both light industrial and commercial environments. Packaging professionals and operations staff handling outbound freight and inventory management will find this format practical for everyday use.
Compatible with Zebra, Datamax, Sato, and other thermal transfer label printers that accept a 3-inch diameter core. Thermal transfer ribbon is required. Equivalent to part number S-5035.
Load the label roll with labels wound out, ensuring the core seats correctly on the printer spindle. Confirm the printer is configured for thermal transfer mode and that an appropriate ribbon is loaded before printing. Follow the printer manufacturer guidelines for media type and print speed settings when using matte coated facestock.
