The BSC PREFERRED THL108 is a thermal transfer label roll designed for product identification, shipping labels, and general packaging applications. Each label features a bright white, matte coated facestock with a permanent pressure sensitive adhesive that bonds reliably to corrugated cartons and most standard packaging surfaces. Labels are wound out from the roll, and liners are perforated between labels for clean separation during printing. A ribbon is required for use with this label format. The case contains 4 rolls and is sold as a single case unit.
These labels are suited for warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment environments where high-volume shipping label output is required. The matte coated surface accepts clean, high-contrast print from thermal transfer printers, making them appropriate for barcode generation, part number labeling, and shipping documentation. A 3-inch diameter core fits standard label printer mandrels used across most commercial label printing setups.
Compatible with Zebra, Datamax, Sato, and other thermal label printers that use thermal transfer ribbon-based printing. THL108 is equivalent to part number S-7412.
Install label rolls in a thermal transfer printer with the labels wound out, matching the print direction required by the printer model. Ensure a compatible ribbon is loaded before printing, as direct thermal operation is not supported with this label stock. Power down the printer before loading a new roll to avoid media jams or print head contact errors. Follow the printer manufacturer's media loading guide for core size and roll orientation.
