The BSC PREFERRED T9033700 is a super-strong, pressure-sensitive polypropylene packaging tape built for economical, high-volume carton sealing operations. It uses a hot melt adhesive that delivers quiet release, easy unwind, and extra elongation, making it well suited for sealing irregular shapes and over-stuffed cartons. The tape adheres well to film surfaces and handles a wide application temperature range of 45 degrees F to 110 degrees F, with a service temperature range of 10 degrees F to 120 degrees F. This is a workhorse tape intended for repetitive, production-level packaging environments where consistent performance and cost efficiency matter most.
This tape is designed for distribution centers, shipping departments, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities that process high volumes of outbound cartons. It performs reliably on standard and irregular box configurations, including cartons packed beyond normal capacity. The wide temperature tolerance makes it suitable for use in both climate-controlled facilities and non-conditioned spaces. Each case contains 4 rolls, making it practical for bulk restocking in busy packaging operations.
This product is equivalent to part number S-7203. Designed as a direct replacement or equivalent for standard polypropylene hot melt packaging tape applications in volume carton sealing operations.
Apply to clean, dry carton surfaces free of dust, oil, or moisture for best adhesion. Use a hand-held or tabletop tape dispenser appropriate for the roll size to ensure consistent tension and cut during high-volume application. Store unused rolls in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance.
