Bsc Preferred T8872OUTER Hsc Outer Carton 15 Pack

Product Description

The BSC PREFERRED T8872OUTER is an HSC-style outer carton manufactured from 200/ECT-32 kraft corrugated material with a full overlap (FOL) bottom construction for added stacking strength and base integrity. This outer carton is designed to function either as a standalone shipping carton or as one half of an adjustable two-piece telescoping set. The FOL bottom design distributes load evenly across the base, making it suitable for heavier contents. Each pack contains 15 cartons. Installation of the carton in trade or warehouse environments requires pairing with a separate inner carton to achieve the full adjustable-height set configuration.

This outer carton is used in packaging, warehousing, distribution, and shipping operations where an adjustable-depth corrugated carton is needed. It is well suited for bulk cargo, oversized parts, or irregularly dimensioned items that benefit from a telescoping box format. To complete the two-piece adjustable set, the T8872INNER inner carton must be purchased separately. Each outer carton can also be used independently as a standard corrugated shipping box where the adjustable feature is not required.

Key Features

• 200/ECT-32 kraft corrugated construction for reliable burst and edge-crush resistance
• Full overlap (FOL) bottom adds structural strength to the base under load
• HSC style supports standalone use or adjustable two-piece telescoping configuration
• Pairs with T8872INNER to create a complete adjustable-height carton set
• Sold in packs of 15 cartons per pack

Compatibility

Designed to pair with the T8872INNER inner carton to form a complete adjustable two-piece HSC-style carton set. One outer and one inner carton are required per set; each is sold separately.

Installation Notes

Assembly of the two-piece telescoping set requires one T8872OUTER and one T8872INNER carton. Slide the inner carton into the outer carton to the desired depth before sealing. Ensure the FOL bottom flaps are fully closed and secured with appropriate carton tape or adhesive prior to loading. Follow applicable carrier and warehouse packaging guidelines for weight limits and stacking height when using these cartons in a shipping or storage application.
