The BSC PREFERRED STC525 is a case of 100 anti-static shielding bags designed to protect ESD-sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge damage. Each bag features multi-layer construction that guards against static charges, making them suitable for storing, transporting, or shipping circuit boards, sensors, capacitors, and other static-sensitive devices. The bags are transparent for easy contents identification without opening and are heat sealable for a secure, repeatable closure. Sold as a case of 100 bags, this SKU is sized for regular professional use in service shops, warehouses, and field operations.
These bags are intended for commercial use in electronics handling environments where ESD control is required. Typical applications include HVAC control board storage and transport, electronic component kitting, parts return packaging, and bench-level service work. Any trade professional handling sensitive electronic assemblies during installation or repair can use these bags to reduce the risk of static damage to parts before and after service.
Designed as a general-purpose ESD shielding solution for storing and transporting static-sensitive electronic components and assemblies in commercial trade environments. Equivalent to part number S-6506.
These bags should be used as part of a complete ESD-control workflow, including grounded work surfaces and wrist straps when handling sensitive components. Seal bags using a compatible heat sealer for a tamper-evident closure. Store sealed bags away from sources of heat that could compromise the seal integrity. No special tools beyond a heat sealer are required for standard use.
