The BSC PREFERRED STC206 is a case of 100 anti-static shielding bags designed to protect ESD-sensitive electronic components during storage and transport. Each bag features a transparent, multi-layer construction that guards against electrostatic discharge, helping prevent damage to sensitive circuit boards, sensors, capacitors, and other static-prone parts. The bags are printed with the standard ESD warning symbol for quick visual identification and are heat sealable for a secure closure. This product is intended for commercial use only and is not listed under the Defense Standardization Program Qualified Products List.
These shielding bags are used wherever ESD-sensitive electronics must be stored, packaged, or shipped safely. Common applications include HVAC control board replacements, VFD components, electronic assemblies, and any trade setting where electrostatic discharge poses a risk to components before or after installation. The case quantity of 100 bags makes this suitable for shop stock, service vans, or warehouse packaging operations handling high volumes of electronic parts.
Designed as a general-purpose anti-static shielding bag suitable for storing and transporting ESD-sensitive electronic components across commercial trade applications. Equivalent to part number S-3749.
Always place ESD-sensitive components into the shielding bag before handling in non-controlled environments. Seal the bag using an appropriate heat sealer to ensure full electrostatic protection. Technicians should follow standard ESD precautions, including use of a grounding wrist strap, when removing components from the bag at the point of installation.
