The BSC PREFERRED SP4896TW is a triple wall corrugated sheet designed for heavy-duty layering and load protection in industrial packaging applications. Manufactured from 1100TW/ECT-90 kraft corrugated material, each sheet measures 48 inches by 96 inches and delivers exceptional stacking strength and puncture resistance. These sheets are sold in cases of 5 and are used to separate, cushion, and protect heavy machinery, appliances, and other industrial equipment during storage and transport. Licensed packaging specialists and warehouse staff install these sheets as slip layers between pallet-loaded goods to prevent damage from forklift tines and surface contact.
These corrugated sheets are suited for industrial and commercial packaging operations where heavy or high-value equipment must be stacked or palletized. The ECT-90 edge crush rating makes them appropriate for applications requiring superior compression strength between layers. Typical use cases include appliance distribution centers, machinery manufacturers, and freight consolidation facilities. This product is equivalent to part number S-11506.
Designed as a heavy-duty slip sheet and layer pad for industrial packaging of large machinery, appliances, and palletized freight requiring ECT-90 rated corrugated separation.
Place sheets flat between stacked layers of equipment or appliances before palletizing or wrapping. Ensure the sheet extends fully across the footprint of the load to distribute weight and protect surface contact points. No tools are required for placement; use appropriate material handling equipment when positioning heavy loads on top of layered sheets.
