The BSC PREFERRED SP4040 is a kraft corrugated layering pad designed for use on pallets to distribute load weight evenly across stacked products. Manufactured from 200/ECT-32 kraft corrugated board, each pad measures 40 inches x 40 inches and provides a firm, flat surface between pallet layers. Sold in packs of 5, these pads are a standard solution for warehouse and distribution operations where product protection during storage and transit is a priority. They help keep the tops of stacked goods free of dust and debris while reducing the risk of strapping marks and forklift tine damage to product surfaces.
These corrugated layering pads are suited for general warehousing, pallet staging, and fulfillment center environments. The 40 x 40 inch footprint accommodates standard pallet sizes commonly used in industrial, supply, and distribution settings. Typical users include warehouse staff, shipping and receiving teams, and logistics personnel handling bulk-stacked goods. They are especially useful in storage scenarios where product layers need physical separation to prevent contact damage or compression transfer between stacked cartons.
Designed as a general-purpose corrugated layering pad compatible with standard pallet stacking applications in warehouse, distribution, and storage environments. Equivalent to part number S-7355.
Place pads horizontally between product layers on the pallet, ensuring the pad lies flat and fully covers the layer beneath before adding the next tier of product. Inspect pads for tears or deformation before use, as damaged corrugated board reduces load-distribution effectiveness. No tools or fasteners are required for placement.
