The BSC PREFERRED RTS87 is a lightweight reverse tuck carton designed for packaging and shipping small parts. Constructed from die-cut 0.024 fibreboard, each carton features a pye-lock tuck closure that positively locks the end panel to prevent accidental opening during handling and transit. These cartons are sold in cases of 500 units, making them well-suited for operations that require consistent, high-volume packaging output. The folded flat design keeps storage footprint minimal until units are needed on the line. Trade supply houses, maintenance operations, and light manufacturing facilities commonly stock these for bagging and boxing small hardware, fasteners, or components.
The RTS87 carton fits standard small-parts packaging workflows in distribution centers, service shops, and industrial facilities. The reverse tuck style allows quick manual assembly without tape or adhesive on the tuck flaps, which speeds up packing at the bench or line. The pye-lock tuck holds the closure securely under normal handling conditions, reducing the chance of product spilling during shipment. These cartons are appropriate wherever a lightweight, self-closing paperboard carton is needed for small, low-weight items.

No tools are required to assemble these cartons. Fold along the pre-scored lines and tuck the end panels using the pye-lock tabs to secure the closure. Store flat in a dry environment to prevent moisture absorption that can weaken the fibreboard. Handle the case carton with care to avoid crushing the flat-pack units before use.
