The BSC PREFERRED RTD5 is a lightweight reverse tuck carton designed for packaging small parts and components. Each carton is die-cut from 0.024-inch fibreboard and features a pye-lock tuck closure for positive, secure locking without tape or adhesive. The reverse tuck design allows both the top and bottom flaps to tuck in from opposite sides, making assembly fast in high-volume packing environments. These cartons are sold by the case, with 250 units per case, making them a practical stock item for shipping rooms, distribution centers, and supply houses handling small hardware, fittings, or similar components.
The RTD5 carton is suited for light-duty packaging applications where a clean, enclosed carton is needed for small trade parts, fasteners, or accessories. The fibreboard construction keeps weight low while providing adequate protection for non-fragile contents. Typical users include warehouse and shipping staff at HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supply operations, as well as contractors packaging out small parts for jobsite delivery.
Designed as a standard reverse tuck carton for general small-parts packaging across trade and industrial shipping applications.
No tools are required for assembly. Fold and tuck all panels according to the die-cut score lines before loading contents. Verify the pye-lock tuck is fully seated on both ends before sealing or stacking. These cartons are not rated for heavy or sharp-edged contents that could compromise the fibreboard walls.
