The BSC PREFERRED RTC38W is a reverse tuck carton designed for packaging small parts and components. Die-cut from 0.024 fibreboard, it offers a lightweight yet structured enclosure suited for organizing, storing, or shipping small hardware, fittings, and similar trade supplies. The pye-lock tuck closure provides positive locking on both ends, keeping contents secure without tape or adhesive. Sold in cases of 500, the RTC38W is well suited for operations that package parts in volume, including distribution centers, wholesale suppliers, and trade contractors who kit or ship small components regularly.
This carton is used in light industrial, wholesale, and trade supply environments where small parts require individual packaging or kitting. Common applications include packaging fasteners, fittings, electrical connectors, plumbing parts, and similar components. The reverse tuck design allows for flat storage and quick assembly on the line. Packaged as a case of 500 units, the RTC38W supports high-volume packaging workflows.
Designed as a general-purpose reverse tuck carton suitable for packaging small parts and components across light industrial, trade supply, and distribution applications.
No tools are required to assemble these cartons. Fold along pre-scored lines and engage the pye-lock tuck tabs to close. Store flat in a dry location to maintain carton integrity and prevent warping of the fibreboard. Do not expose unassembled or assembled cartons to moisture, as this will degrade the fibreboard and compromise the lock closure.
