The BSC PREFERRED RTC26 is a lightweight reverse tuck carton designed for organizing and shipping small parts. Each carton is die-cut from 0.024-inch fibreboard and features a pye-lock tuck closure that locks the flap positively in place, reducing the chance of accidental opening during handling or transit. These cartons are sold in cases of 500 units, making them a practical choice for operations that package small components in high volume. The reverse tuck design allows for efficient assembly and compact storage of flat-folded stock.
These cartons are suited for light-duty packaging applications across trade, industrial, and distribution environments. Common uses include packaging small hardware, electrical components, fasteners, fittings, and similar small parts that require a clean, enclosed carton. The 500-count case format supports production-line or bench-level packaging workflows where consistent carton supply is needed. The pye-lock tuck makes them suitable for both manual and semi-automated packing stations.
Designed as a standard reverse tuck carton for general small-parts packaging applications in trade, industrial, and distribution settings.
No tools or trade licensing are required to assemble these cartons. Store flat-folded stock in a dry location away from moisture to prevent warping or weakening of the fibreboard. When loading cartons, do not exceed the weight capacity appropriate for 0.024-inch fibreboard construction. Ensure the pye-lock tuck is fully engaged before placing cartons into shipping containers or storage bins.
