The BSC PREFERRED RTC17 is a reverse tuck carton designed for packaging small parts and components. Each carton features a pye-lock tuck closure for positive, secure locking without the need for tape or glue on the flap. Die-cut from 0.024 fibreboard, these lightweight cartons offer reliable containment for small items commonly sorted, stored, or shipped in trade and industrial settings. Each case contains 1000 cartons, making them practical for high-volume packaging operations where consistent, repeatable closure performance is required.
These cartons are suited for use in warehouse, distribution, and light industrial environments where small parts need to be individually packaged or organized. The reverse tuck design allows the top and bottom flaps to tuck from opposite ends, providing a clean, secure closure on both ends of the carton. They are commonly used by packaging, shipping, and fulfillment operations handling small hardware, fasteners, fittings, or similar components.
Designed as a standard reverse tuck carton for general small-parts packaging applications in warehouse, distribution, and industrial environments.
No tools are required to assemble or close these cartons. Fold along the pre-scored die-cut lines and insert the pye-lock tuck flaps in the correct sequence to engage the locking closure. Store unused cartons flat in a dry location to prevent moisture absorption that could affect the fibreboard integrity.
