The BSC PREFERRED PBAS8444 is an extra heavy-duty pink anti-static poly bag designed to protect electronic components from electrostatic discharge, as well as contamination from dirt, dust, and moisture. Manufactured from pink anti-static polyethylene film, these bags offer a durable barrier suitable for storing and shipping static-sensitive parts and assemblies. Each case contains 500 bags. Closure options include twist ties, bag tape, or impulse sealers, giving technicians and warehouse staff flexible sealing choices depending on their packaging workflow.
These anti-static bags are used in electronics assembly, repair depot operations, component storage, and shipping environments where ESD protection is required. They are appropriate for residential and commercial electronics service settings, as well as manufacturing and distribution operations handling circuit boards, capacitors, sensors, and other static-sensitive components. Sold by the case, the PBAS8444 is suited for high-volume packaging operations requiring consistent ESD-safe materials.
Designed for use with static-sensitive electronic components, circuit boards, and assemblies requiring ESD-safe packaging and storage solutions.
Handling and sealing of anti-static bags should follow ESD-safe work practices, including use at a grounded workstation when applicable. Ensure bags are fully sealed before transport or storage to maintain moisture and contamination protection. Impulse sealers should be set according to the sealer manufacturer guidelines for polyethylene film thickness. Do not reuse bags that show punctures, tears, or compromised seams, as barrier integrity may be reduced.
