The BSC PREFERRED MRX1L is a self-sealing corrugated mailer designed for shipping small, lightweight, and fragile items without tape, glue, or staples. Constructed from 200/ECT-32-B white corrugated board, these mailers fold into a double-wall configuration that protects the front and sides of the contents against crush damage during transit. The lightweight construction keeps package weight low, which helps reduce shipping costs on individual parcels. Each pack contains 50 mailers, making them a practical stock item for mailrooms, fulfillment operations, and service businesses that ship parts or samples on a regular basis.
These mailers are suited for residential and commercial shipping environments where small, breakable, or pressure-sensitive items need reliable protection without the added step of applying external sealing materials. Typical applications include shipping electronic components, sample parts, medical supplies, retail products, and other compact fragile goods. The self-locking fold design allows for fast, consistent pack-out on high-volume shipping lines or at individual service counters.
Designed as a general-purpose corrugated mailer suitable for standard parcel carriers and in-house shipping operations handling small, lightweight fragile items.
No tools or adhesives are required to assemble or seal these mailers. Fold along the pre-scored lines and lock the closure tabs according to the mailer design before loading contents. Verify that contents fit within the interior dimensions without forcing the closure, which can compromise the double-wall seal. Store unused mailers flat in a dry environment to prevent moisture absorption that could reduce board strength.
