The BSC PREFERRED MINPM is a tabletop air cushioning machine designed for small to mid-volume packaging operations. It produces 25 feet of inflated air cushioning film per minute and automatically reads the loaded film to set the correct air fill pressure and sealing pressure without manual adjustment. The machine is compact enough to fit on any standard workbench or packing table. It operates quietly, making it well-suited for office-adjacent or small warehouse environments. This machine is intended for facilities shipping 1 to 150 boxes per day. It accepts inflatable air cushioning film rolls, and one roll of film replaces approximately 6.75 bags of 14 cubic foot loose fill, significantly reducing storage space required for protective packaging materials. The interconnected pocket design of the film allows air to migrate between cells rather than causing complete deflation from a single puncture, which reduces the risk of product damage in transit.
