The BSC PREFERRED HW40B0782-16 is a 100% acrylic latex exterior paint formulated in a satin Coach Black finish for durability and colorfast performance on a wide range of exterior building surfaces. Designed for professional and trade use, it delivers reliable coverage of approximately 400 square feet per gallon in a single coat when applied over properly prepared surfaces. The formula resists fading, peeling, and blistering, making it well suited for high-exposure exterior applications. Low-temperature application is rated down to 35 degrees F, extending the usable season in cooler climates. Cleanup is done with soap and water.

This paint is appropriate for use on wood, masonry, stucco, and metal exterior surfaces on residential and light commercial buildings. New wood surfaces should be primed with a BSC PREFERRED latex or alkyd exterior wood primer before application. The paint can be applied with a brush, paint pad, or sprayer, and may be thinned slightly for spray use.
