The BSC PREFERRED HD16128DW is a heavy-duty double-wall corrugated shipping carton built for applications that demand greater protection than a standard single-wall box. Constructed from 275DW/ECT-48 kraft corrugated material, this carton delivers twice the puncture resistance and stacking strength of conventional shipping containers. Each pack contains 15 cartons shipped flat, reducing storage footprint and handling labor on the receiving end. This product is a recognized equivalent to part number S-22581. These cartons are suited for trade supply operations, distributors, and contractors who regularly ship or store heavy or bulk materials.
The HD16128DW is designed for bulk cargo, industrial shipping, and heavy-material packaging applications. The double-wall construction makes it appropriate for heavier components such as HVAC equipment, plumbing fixtures, electrical assemblies, and similar trade supply products. Cartons ship and store flat, making them practical for job sites, warehouses, and supply houses with limited staging space. Sold in pack quantities, they are well suited for operations that require a consistent volume of reliable packaging on hand.
This carton is a direct equivalent to part number S-22581. Designed as a general-purpose heavy-duty double-wall corrugated shipping carton suitable for bulk cargo, industrial components, and trade supply packaging needs.
No tools or trade license required for assembly. Cartons arrive flat and should be squared and taped at the base seams before loading. Use appropriate box tape rated for the intended load weight. Do not exceed the rated stacking load for the ECT-48 specification when palletizing filled cartons.
