The BSC PREFERRED FSA963 is an anti-static convoluted foam corrugated shipper designed to protect fragile, static-sensitive components during storage and transit. Each shipper is constructed from 200/ECT-32 rated corrugated board with anti-static convoluted foam bonded to the top interior and loose on the bottom, allowing items to be cradled securely and held in place. The dual-foam configuration prevents shifting and slipping during handling. This case contains 24 shippers. These units are suited for electronics, circuit boards, sensors, and other ESD-sensitive parts that require cushioning alongside anti-static protection.
The FSA963 shippers are used in packaging and shipping operations where electrostatic discharge poses a risk to the product being transported. Typical applications include electronics distribution, HVAC control board fulfillment, industrial component shipping, and field-service parts kitting. The corrugated outer shell provides structural rigidity while the foam interior absorbs impact. This product is an equivalent replacement for part number S-5481. Sold as a case of 24 units.

No tools or trade licensing are required for use. Place the static-sensitive component onto the loose bottom foam layer, then close the shipper so the top foam layer makes contact with the item, securing it in place. Ensure the item is fully supported by the foam on all contact surfaces before sealing the shipper for transit. Follow applicable ESD handling protocols when working with sensitive electronic components.
