Bsc Preferred EZSEP-QT Paint Primer in One Satin Quart

Product Description

The BSC PREFERRED EZSEP-QT is a quart-sized, paint-and-primer-in-one interior satin latex enamel formulated in a pure white pastel base. It combines a finish coat and primer into a single application, reducing labor steps on interior painting projects. The formula carries a low-odor rating and a VOC content of less than 5 grams per litre, making it suitable for occupied or low-ventilation spaces. Licensed painters, facilities maintenance technicians, and janitorial service contractors apply this product on interior walls and surfaces where a durable satin finish is required. A lifetime warranty backs the product against defects in finish quality.

This paint is intended for interior residential and commercial facility applications. It is well suited for maintenance painting in schools, offices, healthcare facilities, and similar occupied environments where low odor and low VOC content are a requirement. The satin sheen level provides a cleanable surface appropriate for high-traffic areas such as hallways, common rooms, and service corridors. It ships in a minimum order quantity of 4 units.
