The BSC PREFERRED DL5150 is a set of pressure-sensitive labels designed to boldly display instructions, warnings, and DOT or hazmat information in industrial, shipping, and compliance applications. These labels adhere directly to surfaces without heat or water activation, making application fast and straightforward. At 2.12 pounds per package, each unit ships ready for immediate deployment. Compatible table top and wall mount dispensers are available separately, allowing facilities to set up organized label-dispensing stations for high-volume labeling workflows.
The DL5150 is suited for packaging and shipping environments where clear hazmat or DOT labeling is required by regulation. Typical users include shipping departments, warehouse operations, and field service technicians who need reliable, code-compliant warning labels on containers, packages, or equipment. The labels are sold individually by the each (EA) with no minimum quantity restriction, making them practical for both small operations and larger distribution environments.
The DL5150 is equivalent to part number S-176. Compatible dispensers include table top models SL9506, SL9512, and SL9518, and wall mount models LDM300, LDM450, LDM850, and LDM1250.
Clean and dry the target surface before applying the label to ensure proper adhesion. Peel the backing and press the label firmly from the center outward to eliminate air bubbles. Follow all applicable DOT and hazmat labeling regulations, including 49 CFR requirements, when applying warning labels to shipments or containers. Labels should not be placed over existing markings that may interfere with regulatory visibility.
