The BSC PREFERRED DK3M159 is an adhesive-backed loop fastener strip designed to pair with compatible hook strips for a quick, secure hook-and-loop connection. The strip uses a high-performance acrylic adhesive backing that bonds reliably to painted surfaces, metal, glass, sealed wood, and plastics. The loop material features pliable fibers that mesh tightly with stiff hook strips, holding position without permanent fasteners. UV-resistant construction makes these strips suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Each case contains 3 strips. This product must be used with the corresponding hook strip; it does not function as a standalone fastener.

Designed for use with hook strip DK3M157. This product is equivalent to part number S-18696. Loop strips require a matching hook component; they are not interchangeable with other fastener types.

Installation Notes

Clean and dry the mounting surface thoroughly before applying the adhesive backing to ensure maximum bond strength. Press the strip firmly against the surface for several seconds to activate the acrylic adhesive. Do not apply to textured, porous, or unsealed surfaces, as adhesion may be compromised. Installation does not require special tools, but surface preparation and minimum temperature requirements for the adhesive should be followed per the manufacturer guidelines.
