Bsc Preferred CTSS1418 Cable Ties Outdoor 100 Pack

Product Description

The BSC PREFERRED CTSS1418 is a pack of 100 outdoor-rated cable ties designed for use in harsh environmental conditions. Each tie features a self-locking head that cinches and holds without slipping, making it suitable for securing wires, cables, and pipes in exterior installations. The UV-resistant construction allows these ties to hold up in direct sunlight and temperature extremes. Electricians, HVAC technicians, and plumbers use these wherever a dependable, weatherproof bundle or support tie is needed in outdoor or exposed locations.

These cable ties are suited for residential and commercial applications where exterior cable management is required. Common uses include bundling conduit wiring, securing refrigerant line insulation, organizing irrigation or pool equipment cabling, and fastening pipe hangers in exposed outdoor runs. The self-locking mechanism eliminates the need for additional fasteners, keeping installation time low. This product is equivalent to part number S-13605 and is sold as a case of 100 ties.

Installation Notes

Cable ties of this type are installed by electricians, HVAC technicians, and plumbers as part of standard wire and pipe management tasks. No special tools are required, though a cable tie tensioning tool can improve consistency on high-volume runs. Ensure ties are fully seated in the locking head before trimming the tail. Inspect installation points for sharp edges that could abrade the tie body over time in outdoor environments.
