Once locked, the tie will not stretch or slide, making it reliable for applications where loosening or tampering is not acceptable. The CT185D is also suitable for color-coding purposes, allowing technicians and tradespeople to organize and identify wiring runs, conduit bundles, or packaged materials at a glance. Each case contains 500 ties. Installation requires no tools beyond a standard cable-tie tensioning gun if precise tension is needed.
