The BSC PREFERRED CPPI76RC is a plastic pallet engineered for high-rotation warehouse and distribution applications. Built using gas-assisted molding technology, the internal channels of the pallet are hollow yet structurally reinforced, delivering a strong weight-to-mass ratio without added bulk. The CPPI76RC carries a static capacity of 11,000 lbs, a dynamic capacity of 5,500 lbs, and a racking capacity of 2,750 lbs. Rounded border edges reduce the risk of damage during fork entry and exit. The six-runner bottom support structure provides stable, consistent contact with racking and floor surfaces. Warehouse operators, logistics teams, and material handling professionals typically specify and deploy this unit.
The CPPI76RC is suited for high-frequency pallet movement in warehouse, distribution center, and manufacturing environments. Its load ratings make it appropriate for both floor-stacking and standard pallet racking systems. The gas-assisted internal construction supports repeated fork lift cycles without compromising structural integrity, making it a practical choice in operations where pallets cycle through loading docks, storage racks, and transport vehicles on a regular basis.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use plastic pallet for standard warehouse racking systems and floor-storage applications where a 48 x 40 inch footprint pallet is required.
Placement and deployment of this pallet should be performed by qualified material handling or warehouse personnel familiar with racking system load ratings. Before loading, confirm that the racking system beam capacity meets or exceeds the intended load. Never exceed the stated static, dynamic, or racking capacity ratings. Inspect the pallet for cracks or deformation before each use cycle, particularly in high-rotation environments.
