The BSC PREFERRED AF362222 is a large EH-style bulk cargo corrugated carton designed to consolidate multiple-piece shipments into a single, manageable unit. Manufactured from 350 DW (double wall) ECT-51 kraft corrugated material, this carton delivers the structural rigidity needed to protect bulky, hard-to-pack, and irregularly shaped items during transit and storage. The double-wall construction provides enhanced stacking strength compared to single-wall alternatives, making it a practical choice for freight consolidation, warehouse staging, and industrial shipping operations. Each pack contains 5 cartons. Packaged weight for the unit is 27.38 pounds.
This EH carton is suited for applications where oversized or irregular cargo must be boxed for outbound freight, LTL shipment, or storage consolidation. The large interior accommodates items that do not fit standard RSC cartons. Typical users include warehouse and logistics personnel, maintenance supply teams, HVAC and plumbing contractors shipping equipment, and industrial distributors consolidating multi-part orders. The 350 DW ECT-51 wall rating handles demanding load and compression requirements encountered in stacked pallet environments.
Designed as a general-purpose bulk cargo carton for freight consolidation and industrial packaging applications. Equivalent to part number S-4682.
Assembly and sealing should follow standard corrugated carton procedures using appropriate packing tape rated for the intended load. Do not exceed the carton's rated compression strength when stacking. For freight shipments, ensure cartons are palletized and secured per carrier requirements and applicable shipping regulations.
