The BSC PREFERRED ADHGG16 is a polyurethane-based construction adhesive designed for demanding bonding applications in both indoor and outdoor environments. The formula is fully waterproof and remains stable under extreme heat and cold, making it suitable for year-round use in variable conditions. During cure, the adhesive expands 3 to 4 times its original volume, allowing it to penetrate surface irregularities and create a mechanical bond with exceptional holding strength. Once dried, the adhesive can be painted, stained, or sanded, enabling a finished appearance on visible surfaces. This product is sold as a single unit and is handled by general contractors, tradespeople, and facilities maintenance personnel.
