The BSC PREFERRED 90NUTDIS is a ceiling-mounted loose fill dispenser designed for warehouse packing stations. A spring-loaded scissor valve controls flow - squeeze to release the right amount of packing peanuts or other loose fill material directly into boxes below. The unit mounts overhead using the included rope and two pulleys, keeping floor and table space clear. The heavy-duty woven polyethylene bag features reinforced flexible tubing at the outlet to direct fill accurately. Minimum ceiling height requirements are based on a 30-inch packing table with a 24-inch working clearance between the tabletop and the scissor valve.

This dispenser is intended for warehouse and distribution center packing operations where loose fill protective packaging is dispensed at volume. It accommodates all types of loose fill material including polystyrene peanuts and similar products. The 90NUTDIS model includes flexible tubing and is suited for standard ceiling heights. Note that the 15NUTDIS variant is engineered for low-ceiling environments and does not include flexible tubing. Installers should verify ceiling height before selecting the appropriate model.
