The BSC PREFERRED 140NUTDIS is a ceiling-mounted loose fill dispenser designed for warehouse and shipping operations. A spring-loaded scissor valve controls the release of packing peanuts or other loose fill material, allowing the operator to dispense the right volume directly into open cartons below. The heavy-duty woven polyethylene bag includes reinforced flexible tubing to channel fill material from the suspended bag down to the work surface. The system mounts to the warehouse ceiling using the included rope and two pulleys, keeping floor space clear and maintaining a steady supply overhead during pack-out operations.

This dispenser is suited for warehouse shipping and fulfillment environments where loose fill protective packaging is used at scale. It is designed to work with a standard packing table setup: minimum ceiling height requirements are based on a 30-inch-high packing table with a 24-inch working clearance between the tabletop and the scissor valve. The 140NUTDIS accommodates all types of loose fill material. Note that the 15NUTDIS variant is intended for low-ceiling installations and does not include or require the flexible tubing.

Installation Notes
