The BSC PREFERRED 10034 is a corkscrew-style dog tie-out stake constructed from zinc-plated iron for corrosion resistance and durability in outdoor environments. Measuring 15.75 inches in length, the spiral screw design threads into the ground without digging, providing a stable anchor point for dog leads and tie-out cables. At 0.7 pounds, it is lightweight enough for transport while delivering reliable hold in soft to medium-density soil. This product is suited for residential yards, campsites, and similar outdoor areas where a temporary or semi-permanent pet restraint anchor is needed.
The 10034 stake is intended for use in grounds maintenance and animal management applications. The corkscrew profile distributes pull force along the length of the screw thread, resisting lateral movement when a dog reaches the end of a lead. It is appropriate for use in residential lawns, parks, and outdoor recreation areas. Installation and removal require no tools beyond hand pressure in most soil conditions, making it practical for frequent relocation.
Designed as a general-purpose corkscrew tie-out stake compatible with standard dog leads, cables, and tie-out systems for residential and outdoor pet restraint applications.
Insert the stake into the ground by rotating it clockwise in a consistent motion until the full length is seated below the top loop. Choose a location free of underground utilities, irrigation lines, or root systems. Inspect the stake and attachment hardware before each use for signs of bending, corrosion, or wear. This product carries a Proposition 65 warning for Cancer and Reproductive Harm.
