Brasstech 3-997L-24S Roman Tub Faucet Hand Shower

Product Description

The BRASSTECH 3-997L-24S is a deck-mounted roman tub faucet with an integrated hand shower, finished in Satin Gold PVD. PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) finish provides superior resistance to tarnishing, corrosion, and daily wear compared to standard plated finishes. This faucet is designed for freestanding or deck-mounted soaking tub installations and is typically installed by a licensed plumber during new construction or bathroom remodel projects. The set includes separate hot and cold handles plus a hand shower diverter, giving the installer a complete trim package in a single SKU.

The 3-997L-24S suits residential bathroom applications where a roman tub deck mount is specified. It is appropriate for freestanding soaking tubs, drop-in tub decks, and platform-style tub surrounds that accept a multi-hole deck mount configuration. This unit is a practical choice for remodel work where the tub deck already has pre-drilled openings matching a roman tub spread layout.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply at the isolation valves or main before beginning any work. Verify deck hole spacing and thickness before mounting to ensure proper fit and sealing. Do not overtighten mounting hardware on acrylic or composite tub decks, as cracking may result.
