The BRAMEC 7525 is a 3/4-inch set screw EMT coupling designed to join two lengths of electrical metallic tubing (EMT) conduit in a secure, concrete-tight connection. The set screw fastening method allows for quick, tool-accessible tightening without the need for specialized crimp tools. This fitting is sold in packs of 25, making it practical for rough-in work on residential and commercial electrical installations. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors install this type of coupling as a standard component in EMT conduit runs.
This coupling fits 3/4-inch EMT conduit and is suited for use in exposed or embedded conduit runs where a concrete-tight rating is required. The concrete-tight construction makes it appropriate for installations where conduit is cast into concrete or routed through wet or dusty environments. It is a common fitting in panel feeders, branch circuit roughs, and general wiring infrastructure projects across both new construction and retrofit work.
Designed for use with 3/4-inch trade size EMT conduit.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements for EMT conduit systems. De-energize all circuits in the work area before handling conduit or fittings. Tighten set screws with an appropriate screwdriver or hex key to ensure a secure, concrete-tight joint. Do not overtighten to the point of deforming the conduit wall.
