The BRADY SPC SORBENTS RFP100 is a universal-application sorbent pad designed to absorb a wide range of industrial fluids including oils, coolants, fuels, solvents, chemicals, and water. Each pad measures 15 inches wide by 19 inches long and is constructed from 2-ply polypropylene with a top coverstock layer. The package contains 100 perforated pads with a total absorption capacity of 40 gallons. With 80 percent recycled content, this pad is suited for facilities with environmental compliance requirements. Maintenance technicians, industrial hygienists, and spill response personnel commonly deploy these pads for routine fluid management and emergency cleanup tasks.
The RFP100 pad is appropriate for use in a broad range of industrial, commercial, and light-maintenance environments. Typical applications include machine shops, automotive service bays, HVAC equipment rooms, and utility areas where fluid leaks from equipment are common. The medium-durability, medium-linting construction makes these pads a practical choice for general-purpose spill control rather than heavy-duty continuous use. The perforated design allows individual pads to be separated quickly from the pack during active spill response.
Designed as a general-purpose universal sorbent pad compatible with a wide range of fluid types across industrial and commercial maintenance applications.
Sorbent pads should be deployed by qualified maintenance or safety personnel following applicable site spill response procedures and relevant regulatory guidelines such as EPA spill containment requirements. Place pads directly on the spill area or under leaking equipment; do not allow saturated pads to be wrung out by hand with bare skin contact when hazardous fluids are involved. Dispose of used pads in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations governing the specific fluid absorbed. Store unused pads in a dry location away from open flame or ignition sources.
